Do I have to have a specific problem to come for therapy?

No. Feelings of dissatisfaction, depression, indecision, confusion or life changes etc. are a few of the things which can be explored through therapy.

Do you have evening appointments?

Yes, We can offer a range of appointment times, including limited even appointment times.

Do I have to ask my doctor’s consent to come to the practice?

No, but, occasionally it is useful to obtain information from your doctor or other relevant sources. This information will be obtained Only with your expressed written permission. No information from your contact with Dr. Henry will be disclosed to Anyone without your written consent. * (Some exceptions could apply. For full details about the limits of confidentiality, speak to Dr. Henry.)

Is therapy covered by insurance?

Yes, many insurance plans cover some portion of the cost of therapy. Check with your insurance carrier about the percentage of coverage and co-pay requirements.

Is coaching covered by insurance?

Generally, no. Check with your insurance carrier to be sure.

Are credit cards accepted?

Yes, almost all credit cards are accepted.

What if I am not sure if therapy is for me?

Call Dr. Henry. He will be happy to discuss how appropriate the different services might be for you, at no charge.

Life in Perspective:
Stories invite us to come to grips with heartbreak and newfound happiness, error and redemption, alienation and reconciliation to name just a few universal themes. 

"Change" may involve exploring the stories of our past, attending to our current storyline or rewriting parts of our script. "Change" may begin with insights about our personal drama or may begin by simply trying on a new behavior or focusing on a different aspect of the experience. Whatever way, change occurs when we can give up some part of the old story and recast ourselves (or someone else) in a new way.
